Just Lift

Powerlifting is the sport where some of the strongest athletes in the world express their strength. Originating as an offshoot of Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting contests the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. Its lifters are interested in one thing: moving maximal weights, and producing raw, unadulterated strength.

Our Powerlifting programs are designed for both someone just getting into barbell training as well as the seasoned lifter looking to chase some big numbers. We’ve yet to have a lifter not PR on our programs!

JustLift

JustLift is our starting point. Available in our JustLift Online Resources, this 8-Week program is the result of a decade of experience introducing thousands of people to barbell training. In our opinion, this is the fastest, safest, and most complete way to get novice lifters (or those coming off a layoff!) into training shape.

On this program we emphasize technique, repetition, and progression. Lifting is only fun when you feel confident about what you’re doing. This training cycle is designed specifically to build the physical base and habits that we know lead to success in strength training and sport.
