The Strength 1 was developed to teach the fundamentals of strength training. If you feel uneasy about where to begin with weights or were unsuccessful in the past, this is the perfect class. You too can be strong.
Through focusing on the “big three” of weightlifting (squats, bench press and deadlift), our coaches teach proper technique to ensure safety and efficiency in the workouts. It is not uncommon for male/female beginners to be squatting 300/200 lbs within just six months of training. Just Lift is not the place you go once you are strong, It’s where you start.
Warm Up 15min
Squat 5 sets x 12 reps
Deadlift 5 sets x 5 reps
Back Extension 50 reps
Ab wheel 50 reps

Our Strength 1 program incorporates dumbbell, kettlebell and body weight movements in addition to the “big three,” promoting development of overall balance, agility, mobility, conditioning and joint health. Our goal is to empower people in life through strength.
