Greg Chin

Owner & Head Coach

Hi, my name is Greg Chin. Let’s build the best body you’ve ever had. In my experience as a powerlifter, I’ve seen and tried it all when it comes to building a more functional and stronger body.

With JustLift, we’ve created a custom program that will get you the long-term, sustainable, results that the usual cookie-cutter courses don’t. You’re about to find out what it’s like to JustLift.



Ryan has competed in athletics since the age of 4. He has always excelled in team sports, specializing in volleyball and soccer where he competed at the provincial level for over 4 years. Ryan is a strength specialist with over 8 years of training experience. He started his formal education in the health and wellness industry in 2013 where he enrolled in the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College. He soon realized that he enjoyed being more proactive with clients and the preventative care that came with coaching and personal training. He switched into the Fitness and Health Promotion program after 2 years of study, from which he graduated in 2017. Ryan is a CSEP certified personal trainer with a passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals.

What is a strength 1 class?

Our Classes

The Strength 1 was developed to teach the fundamentals of strength training. If you feel uneasy about where to begin with weights or were unsuccessful in the past, this is the perfect class. You too can be strong.

Through focusing on the “big three” of weightlifting (squats, bench press and deadlift), our coaches teach proper technique to ensure safety and efficiency in the workouts. It is not uncommon for male/female beginners to be squatting 300/200 lbs within just six months of training. Just Lift is not the place you go once you are strong, It’s where you start.

Example Workout

Warm Up 15min

Squat 5 sets x 12 reps

Deadlift 5 sets x 5 reps

Back Extension 50 reps

Ab wheel 50 reps

Aproximate Length – 45min


Our Strength 1 program incorporates dumbbell, kettlebell and body weight movements in addition to the “big three,” promoting development of overall balance, agility, mobility, conditioning and joint health. Our goal is to empower people in life through strength.
