What We Offer

At JustLift, we offer a variety of training and fitness programs suitable for individuals of all ages and abilities. Our aim is to provide clients with the most effective means and methods of achieiving their strength and fitness goals. If you’re looking to get fit, lose fat, gain muscle, and increase your athletic performance, then, this is the place for you. Our focus is on small-group, instructor-led sessions that are designed around addressing both the general and specific needs of our clients. All of our programs are based on the fundamentals; loaded, multi-joint, compound movements that have been proven time and again to increase strength, speed, power, flexibility, muscle and bone density, as well as cardiovascular health. We offer a diverse array of programs suitable for virtually any need. Our current offerings include:

Olympic Weighlifting

Our Olympic Weightlifting Club offers Level 1, Level 2, and High Performance programs focused on the sport of Olympic Weightlifting for a broad range of ages and abilities. Ideal for: Snatch, and Clean and Jerk.

Strength 1

Strength 1 is an introductory strength program centred around what we consider the major compound barbell lifts – Back Squat, Front Squat, Overhead/Bench Press, Deadlift. Ideal for: Strength, Muscle Building, Novice Lifters.

Personal Training and Programming

Our team of highly qualified coaches can draw on their knowledge to offer you one-on-one attention in private training sessions. We also offer custom programs that individuals can follow during our JustLift training blocks. Ideal for: Those with specific goals and needs. To be fair to our members, our programs are charged at a monthly fee so that you never have to feel trapped in a long term contract.
