Our beginner program focuses on the fundamentals. Success comes through confidence, and our number one goal for everyone who learns the lifts with us is to feel confident in performing them! Our program prioritizes:
Through years of experience having worked with hundreds of athletes we’re confident that our system is able to deliver maximal results in minimal time. You’ll learn the Snatch and Clean and Jerk both better and faster here than anywhere else!
Know the lifts, but not sure about competition or what’s next? This is where our beginners graduate to and our competitors start. In this stream we focus on refining the base we built in the Beginner period, and begin working on the fun part: getting ridiculously strong at the lifts!
This stream is meant for individuals who’ve got their bases covered. Either they’ve gone through our Beginner curriculum or they’re of qualified status to participate in this training group. It’s also at this point that our members begin deciding if they’d like to try competing.
At the competitive level, you will be expected to compete regularly for Team JustLift. Athletes of various stages of their athletic career are a part of our ever-growing team.
