Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic Weightlifting is one of the original 43 Olympic sports. Due to this legacy, we hold all of our athletes and members to a high standard for safety, so that you can enjoy this incredible sport! Please note that individuals with little to no experience with the Olympic lifts (Snatch and Clean & Jerk variations) will initially need to work with one of our coaches, one on one.

Beginner

At the beginner level, you will be working one on one with a coach. The training and technique work will be specified around your needs and abilities. 

Recreational

At the recreational level, all athletes should have a clear understanding of all movement variations of the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. They will follow a specialized program that will be effective in refining their technique and strength. 

Competitive

At the competitive level, you will be expected to compete regularly for Team JustLift. Athletes of various stages of their athletic career are a part of our ever-growing team.
