What is an Olympic lifting class?

Class Details

This is the only class in Ottawa designed for individuals dedicated to weightlifting progression or for those who desire to compete at a high level. This is a program to increase your weight totals and perfect the two Olympic lift techniques: Snatch and Clean and Jerk.

We welcome athletes that meet or are approaching the Canadian National Qualifying standards and newcomers alike. We are members of the Ontario Weightlifting Association (OWA), hosting and competing in officially sanctioned weightlifting meetings at all levels. This is the peak of Ottawa strength training.
