Introducing JustLift Beginners

Interesed in Weightlifting but have no experience? Fear not! We have the program for you.

JustLift Beginners is a brand new class offering designed specifically for the novice with no experience in the Olympic lifts.  Lasting just an hour, this class is designed to teach the fundamental movement patterns and positions required to successfully, and confidentally execute the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. At the same time, participants will also develop a fundamental strength base, with an emphasis placed on leg, pulling, and overhead strength development.

If you’re interested in learning the lifts correctly from the very beginning, then, this is the class for you! We are the only club in Ottawa to offer a dedicated beginners program in the Olympic lifts.

JustLift Beginners is held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6pm, and 9am on Saturdays.
